At The Cognitive Collective, we don't believe that paying for an assessment should have to happen all at once. That's why we've partnered with PayItMonthly to offer flexible, interest-free payment plans, allowing you to spread the cost over up to 12 months while still accessing the same high-quality assessment and care.

Why we've chosen PayItMonthly.
We chose to partner with PayItMonthly because it allows us to offer a simple, flexible way to spread the cost of an autism assessment without charging interest. We wanted a payment option that was straightforward, transparent and easy to understand, while giving people greater flexibility in how they access our services.

Although your agreement is with PayItMonthly, your assessment experience remains exactly the same. You'll receive the same assessment, the same report and the same aftercare as every other client—we've simply made the payment process a little more flexible.
How it works.
We've tried to keep the process as straightforward as possible.
1. Get in touch
Contact us to discuss your assessment, ask any questions and choose a suitable appointment date.
2. Receive your agreement
We'll prepare your PayItMonthly agreement and email it to you to review and sign in your own time.
3. Book your assessment
Once your agreement is complete, your assessment will be confirmed and you'll receive everything you need before your appointment.
Transparency matters.
We'll always be open and honest about costs because we believe it's important that you can make the decision that's right for you.

Before entering into a payment plan, we encourage you to think carefully about whether the monthly repayments are affordable for your circumstances. If you're unsure, we'd much rather have a conversation with you first than see you commit to something that could become a source of stress later on.

If you decide that a payment plan isn't right for you, that's absolutely okay. Choosing not to go ahead is always better than putting yourself under unnecessary financial pressure.

Important information.
Payment plans are currently available for full autism assessments only and are not available for initial screenings or therapy sessions.

PayItMonthly carries out a soft credit check as part of the application process. Soft credit checks do not usually affect your credit score and are used to verify your eligibility. However, as with any credit agreement, missed payments may affect your credit rating.
Full details will be provided within your PayItMonthly agreement before you decide whether to proceed.
You'll also benefit from a 14-day cooling-off period, giving you time to review your agreement before it becomes legally binding.
