Adapted for neurodivergent minds

Online · £120 per session
In-person · £135 per session

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is an evidence-based psychological therapy that explores the relationships between our thoughts, feelings and behaviours. But neurodivergent-affirming CBT isn't simply standard CBT with autism or ADHD added to the conversation.

Our CBT and integrative CBT therapists adapt the way therapy is delivered around each person's communication, experiences and needs.

CBT can support difficulties including anxiety, low mood, OCD, trauma and low self-esteem, alongside neurodivergent experiences such as overwhelm, burnout, masking and emotional regulation.

Depending on you and your therapist, this may include drawing from approaches such as Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), mindfulness and other integrative approaches.

Therapy can be practical and structured, exploratory and reflective, creative and visual — or a mixture of all of these.

Online CBT therapy is available from age 6+.
In-person therapy is available from age 11+ in Cheltenham.
